Questioning the role of culture in the university might seem surprising, yet it is clear that public policies on culture, and universities have not always given the place she deserves this. The stated objective is to strengthen the role of culture in French universities and install it permanently from the university in the worlds of culture. The idea is not new, and had had some realizations as a result of a deliberate policy driven to mid-1980. It is, again and again to convince the academic communities and stakeholders from the worlds of culture, even though the insecurity (social and cultural) of students progressing and that the culture of entertainment needed at the time of a mass culture that benefits from the digital revolution, as the new common culture. This book, easily accessible, will undoubtedly contribute to discussions of importance to our cultural life (1).
