Jerome Mesnager men painted in white on the walls of major cities since 1983. These men, mostly solitary, meditate or twirl in the sky on the walls and fences or underground in the catacombs.
To fill an order for the City of Paris on the theme of Ménilmontant area, the painter chose to break the solitude of his customary character and composed a group portrait painting inspired by Matisse, The Dance II ( 1910). The white man was found by his family as the guy Ménilmuche festive taverns.
