* Proposal 29: To create a library of student 
The aim of the film library of the student is to give privileged access to students, cinematography World dedicating a platform VOD (Video On Demand) with offers editorialized. This next generation online film club will receive more than two million students living in France and overseas territories . It will promote the training of tomorrow's audiences by giving them access to world cinema heritage. The Cinematheque will offer a true virtual cinema with a filmography renewed regularly, accompanied by critical commentary, records related to the context of movies, television debates, documentaries, interviews, forums and a selection of blogs. This dynamic platform and Pointed allow the student to renew his gaze on cinema of yesterday and today by creating interference between all these amazing proposals (eclectic and changing selections, columnists warned, fixed stock of masterpieces immutable ). It may be a support to the teaching of most subjects taught at the university. This will be done for example through our university library, open to all, which are among the finest tools to access knowledge and who richly deserve to be revalued. Showcase of Film writers, this site will operate in line with the new consumption patterns of young people (emotion, information sharing, discussion, play-list). This site will draw in its editorial line of video sharing sites such as YouTube. Creating a platform for VOD editorialized for students take into account its feasibility phase: the user access to movies, protection works against piracy, site financing and remuneration of rights holders. Finally, this site will be a tool for access to major research conducted in universities in the French cinema (History, sociology, information science and communication, anthropology, economics, political science);
